2025 Tax Form Notice to All Employees and Early Retirees:

As you may recall, the Town of Goffstown used to provide each employee with Town of Goffstown group medical coverage a 1095-C form stating that the Town of Goffstown provided minimum essential coverage for the plan year. This IRS form is no longer required to be filed with individual taxes, instead it is filed electronically with the IRS listing all covered individuals within the group. As of January 1, 2025 the Town of Goffstown is only required to provide 1095-C forms, if requested by the employee or early retiree.
