Permits, Forms and Fees

  • Life Safety Permit Application (PDF)
    • Complete this form for all plan review submissions, installations/decommissioning/repair of sprinkler and fire alarm systems, gas and/or oil burner installations, AST/UST installs or removals, and life safety and/or assembly inspections.
    • Complete all sections of the form except the “Office Use Only” and “Fee Schedule – Use Checklist” sections.
    • Copies of licenses are required for applications involving blasting, gas work or fireworks.
    • Refer to the Permit Application Requirements form for documents that are required for submittal with the application.
    • Completed forms and payments can be mailed or made in person at the Planning & Zoning window at Goffstown Town Hall located at 16 Main Street, Goffstown NH 03045.
  • Online Burn Permit System
    • All new fire pits must be inspected by the fire department prior to use. Permits for new fire pits must be completed at the Village Fire Station located at 18 Church Street.
    • For renewal permits, the State charges a processing fee for permits completed online. You can obtain a free permit from the fire department at the Village Fire Station located at 18 Church Street.
