In compliance with RSA 41:14-a, the Goffstown Select Board will conduct Public Hearings on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. and Monday, September 8, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., at the Goffstown Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Goffstown, NH, to accept public input regarding the granting of a permanent easement across the Town’s Rail Trail (Tax Map 19, Lot 47-6) to Hemily Investments LLC, owner of Tax Map 5, Lot 54. The Select Board is scheduled to vote on the granting of this easement on 09/22/25.
